1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted by CLEANORA EU GROUP S.R.L. for services or goods provided through our business operations in employment placement, logistics, and wholesale trade.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only issued when a payment has been made directly to CLEANORA EU GROUP S.R.L. and the client has met all contractual and legal requirements for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the delivery or service date.

3. Employment Placement Services (CAEN 7810)

  • Fees paid for recruitment or placement services are non-refundable once a candidate has been introduced, interviewed, or hired.

  • If the candidate does not start employment or leaves the position within a guaranteed period (as defined in the contract), a replacement candidate may be offered at no additional cost instead of a refund.

  • Refunds are only considered if the service was not initiated or canceled before any candidate introduction.

4. Freight Transport Intermediation (CAEN 5231)

  • Fees for transport coordination are refundable only if the service has not yet been executed or assigned to a carrier.

  • If a transport order is canceled after dispatch confirmation, the client remains responsible for any logistical or transport costs incurred.

  • In cases of double payment or administrative error, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

5. Wholesale Trade (CAEN 4690)

  • Customers have the right to request a refund or product return within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are not available for:

    • Customized, perishable, or special-order products.

    • Goods damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

  • Shipping or return transport costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of approval.

  • CLEANORA EU GROUP S.R.L. will issue a written confirmation once the refund has been completed.

  • Refunds will not exceed the original transaction amount.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed recruitment services.

  • Logistics coordination already performed.

  • Custom-ordered goods or services specifically requested by the client.

  • Administrative or bank processing fees.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled under Romanian and European consumer laws.
If a resolution cannot be reached directly, claims may be submitted to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
